Our Mission
To serve our community in emergencies and difficult times. We strive to be responsive to our communities’ needs, no matter what the emergency.
Goal One - Serve our Community
First and foremost, our job is to serve our community during fire and medical emergencies. We have runs that consist of everything from getting a cat out of a tree, to rescuing people from a burning building; and everything in-between.
Goal Two - Serve our Neighboring Communities
When our neighbors need help, we answer the call! Often, when neighboring fire departments call for help, we go!
Goal Three - Educate
Our community initiatives educate the people of Cataract on everything from how to perform CPR, to the importance of smoke detectors and fire safety.
